Shipping times typically range from 7 to 12 business days after your order has been processed. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination and order details.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at ricecukcoonewx133@gmail.com. After this time window, we may have already begun processing or shipping your order, and cancellations will not be accepted.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and applied to your original payment method.
