Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at tatcha. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item(s) to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at ricecukcoonewx133@gmail.com within the 30-day return window. Returns requested after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. In such cases, please contact us immediately at ricecukcoonewx133@gmail.com and we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes between 5-10 business days depending on location and carrier.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at ricecukcoonewx133@gmail.com. Cancellations can only be accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order will be processed and shipped and cancellation will no longer be possible.
