All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email provided during checkout.

Shipping times typically range from 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location and carrier availability.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping option and destination provided. All shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly at ricecukcoonewx133@gmail.com. After this window, we may not be able to cancel your order as it could be already processed or shipped.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition, and original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent. Please contact us at ricecukcoonewx133@gmail.com to initiate a return and obtain instructions.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
